After years sourcing beans across Central America and East Africa, the founder landed in Bend because the light reminded her of high-altitude coffee farms. She opened Ridgeiline to bring that same clarity to every cup.

Before your first visit
Always. Every bag is roasted in-house with the origin, elevation, and roast date printed on it. We rotate offerings, so ask the barista what just came off the roaster.
Yes. There's a lot right out front with plenty of space, even on weekend mornings. Bike racks too.
Dogs are welcome on the patio. We will absolutely give them attention.
That's fine. Tell us what you usually drink and we will point you somewhere good. No quiz, no pressure. The origin cards are there if you get curious.
We have house-made chai, matcha, and a few seasonal options. Plus pastries from local bakeries.
